About the event

On 19th May 2022, Culture Commons are partnering with the Centre for Cultural Value to host an event in the UK Parliament. We’ll be joined by Lord Stephen Parkinson, Minister for the Arts, senior officials and sector representatives to share a series of policy recommendations informed by the Centre’s unique findings in our ‘Culture in Crisis’ report. This high level event is part of our wider efforts to ensure that policy is always evidence led and supporting decision makers at the local and national levels to safeguard and enhance the creative and cultural life of the nation.

The Centre for Cultural Value’s landmark report of February 2022 summarised findings from one of the world’s largest investigations into the impact of COVID-19 on the creative and cultural sectors.
